Bankruptcy - We represent individuals and business in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. We help with liquidation or restructuring of assets and provide immediate assistance to those facing home foreclosure, creditor harassment, and invalid claims. In an individual Chapter 7 bankruptcy in Texas, most personal property is kept, including generally one�s house and its contents, a car for each person in the family, a retirement plan, and some cash. The individual�s nonexempt assets are lost in exchange for discharge of the debt. In a Chapter 13 proceeding, a debtor can keep more assets and pay back debt over a period of three to five years. When the payment plans are finished, the remaining debts that cannot be paid are discharged.

Consumer Law - The Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act covers most consumer transactions. It protects consumers of goods or services from the harm caused by false, misleading, or deceptive business practices. We help consumers who have been victims of practices prohibited by the DTPA by recovering their financial losses.

Personal Injury / Accidents - We represent accident victims who have been injured through the fault or negligence of others. The law recognizes damages for pain, anguish, physical impairment, loss of earning capacity, medical expenses and disfigurement. Also, in the event of death or serious bodily injury, family members have the right to recover for the loss of the love and support of a loved one. We work hard to recover damages owed to plaintiffs wronged by the negligence of others.
